These terms apply to your use of datavista.studio and the DataVista account, member, product, and administration surfaces made available through it. Separate written agreements may apply to specific projects or services and take precedence for those matters.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using your account lawfully. You must not share access in a way that bypasses intended permissions or security controls. DataVista may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or platform integrity.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, defeat rate limits or access controls, upload malicious material, misuse other people's information, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Content and intellectual property
DataVista retains rights in its original site design, software, branding, editorial presentation, and original materials unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, logos, sources, media, and services remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Your use of the site does not transfer ownership of DataVista or third-party intellectual property.
5. Products, observatories, and external links
The site may link to DataVista products, observatories, social platforms, WhatsApp, or other external services. Availability, content, and terms of external services may change independently of DataVista. A link does not by itself mean DataVista controls the external service.
